（1）持X1签证入境的留学生须来华后30天内将X签证转为居留许可。一般情况下，居留许可需要每年延期一次，留学生需要至少在到期日期2周前到国际教育学院办理延期手续。

Residence permit 

(1) International students entering China with X1 visa must change X visa into residence permit within 30 days after coming to China. Under normal circumstances, the residence permit needs to be extended once a year, and international students need to go through the extension formalities at the Institute of International Education at least 2 weeks before the expiration date. 

(2) The department that accepts the application for residence permit and visa: Xuzhou Municipal Affairs Service Center
