一、徐州工程学院简介
徐州工程学院坐落于国家“一带一路”重要节点城市、国家历史文化名城、淮海经济区中心城市——江苏徐州。2002年经教育部批准为全日制普通本科院校。校园占地面积约2000亩，校舍面积76.72万平方米。学科门类较为齐全，涵盖理、工、农、文、经、管、教育、艺术等八大学科门类。设有20个教学单位，在校生2.3万人。2024年增列为硕士学位授予单位，获批机械、土木水利、生物与医药三个硕士学位授权点，是国家“卓越工程师教育培养计划”实施高校、国家“十三五”应用型本科产教融合发展工程项目建设高校、中国光伏工程产教融合协同创新平台理事长单位、全国新建本科院校联盟常务副理事长单位。

自开始招收来华留学生以来，徐州工程学院国际学生教育事业已走过十余年，目前我院留学生以本科学历教育为主，同时不断扩大校际交换、汉语进修、短期游学规模。每年都有来自亚、非、欧、美等多个国家和地区留学生在校学习。
二、国际教育学院简介
学院共有教职工12人，其中专任教师7人。教师全部具有硕士及其以上学位，教师拥有海外研修访学经历占比83%。
学院为“留学江苏”成员单位。全校共有21个学院60余个专业可承担来华留学培养工作，其中生物工程、国际经济与贸易、计算机科学与技术、机械电子工程、土木工程和经济与金融等六个专业采用全英文授课。优秀学生可以享受校内奖学金。
学院注重留学生素养提升和中华文化的传承，积极组织留学生参加学科竞赛和校内外丰富多彩的活动，帮助国际学生体验中华文化，培养知华、友华、爱华的中国文化传播者。留学生舞龙队4次受邀参加央视活动，多次参加省内外比赛，具有广泛的影响力。自2016年以来，学院留学生多次荣获国家级比赛及江苏省级比赛特等奖、一等奖等若干。
学院将持续提升来华留学生教育层次，优化留学生结构，提高留学生培养质量，打造留学品牌，讲好中国故事，传播好中国声音，在学校创建“徐州大学”和江苏省一流应用型本科高校的进程中书写来华留学教育新篇章。
三、来华留学项目简介
（一）国际中文预科
1.培养目标
国际中文预科培养了解中国国情，熟悉中文和中国文化，具备一定的中华文化素养，掌握基本的汉语听、说、读、写和交际能力，达到进入中文授课专业学习的语言水平，具备使用中文从事本专业相关工作的能力及跨文化交际能力；预科结业时中文能力应当达到HSK4级水平。
2.核心课程
初级汉语综合、初级汉语读写、中级汉语综合、中级汉语阅读等。
3.学制与结业条件
学制：标准学制1年，最长学习年限2年。
结业条件：修完国际中文预科人才培养方案规定内容，成绩合格；通过HSK4考试，且符合学校规定的其他条件与要求，准予结业。
（二）本科学历教育（英文授课）
1. 土木工程
（1）培养目标
本专业培养适应土建行业信息化转型升级和新工科人才培养需求，适应社会经济建设发展需要，德智体美劳全面发展，具有良好的人文素养、职业道德、责任意识、工程报国意识和国际视野，具有扎实的基础理论、宽广的专业知识、良好的实践应用能力，具备执业工程师的基本素质和创新能力，能够在土木工程及其相关领域独立承担工程技术或管理工作的高素质应用型国际人才。
（2）核心课程
土木工程材料、智能测绘、结构力学、混凝土结构设计原理、钢结构、基础工程和土木工程施工等。
（3）学制与毕业要求
学制4年，最长期限6年；学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，修完专业规定学分，达到毕业要求，可获得本科毕业证书；汉语通过HSK4，符合学校学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。
2. 经济与金融
（1）培养目标
本专业培养适应经济发展需要，德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，具有良好道德修养和综合素质，掌握经济与金融理论知识和数智技术技能，综合运用经济学、金融学、数据科学等理论知识解决“数字经济”“科技金融”“数字金融”等领域中实际问题懂理论、熟技术、精业务、敏数据、善操作的应用型新质经济与金融国际人才。
（2）核心课程
微观经济学、宏观经济学、金融学、证券投资学、产业经济学、计量经济学、区域经济学、国际金融等。
（3）学制与毕业要求
学制4年，最长期限6年；学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，修完专业规定学分，达到毕业要求，可获得本科毕业证书；汉语通过HSK4，符合学校学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。

四、申请条件
1. 非中国籍公民，持有外国有效护照（本科学历生项目申请者建议护照有效期至少4年以上），无犯罪记录；
2. 身体健康，品行端正，愿意遵守中国法律、法规和学校的规章制度；
3. 高中毕业或具有同等学历，成绩良好；
4.本科学历生申请者原则上不超过25岁。
五、申请流程和录取
（一）申请人于2025年6月15日前向徐州工程学院国际教育学院线上提交（网址为：http://sie.chiwest.cn）如下申请材料：
1.《徐州工程学院外国留学生入学申请表》；
2.相关护照复印件（护照个人信息页；若有在华学习经历，需提供在华学习签证信息页及居留许可信息页，入学报到时请携带护照原件）；
3.最高学历证明及成绩单（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）；
4.汉语水平证书或进修证明（如有）；
5.无犯罪记录证明（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）；
6.健康证明 。
（二）徐州工程学院国际教育学院负责审查学生的申请材料，组织汉语或英语水平测试，确定预录取学生名单。
（三）被录取者在收到预录取通知后10日内向我校账户汇入人民币3800元（含300元报名费（不退）和3500元保证金（报到后不退，并抵扣第一年住宿费）），汇款附言请注明申请人姓名，并将汇款回执扫描件发送至sie@xzit.edu.cn；我校在确认收到入学保证金后，国际教育学院将录取材料（包括《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表））寄达被录取者。
（四）被录取者按照《录取通知书》中规定日期办理正式报到手续。
六、相关费用

2025 Enrollment Guide for International Students Xuzhou University of Technology (XUT)
Ⅰ. About Xuzhou University of Technology
Xuzhou University of Technology (XUT) is located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, a key node city of the “Belt and Road” initiative, a national historical and cultural city, and the central city of the Huaihai Economic Zone. XUT was founded in 1959 and approved by the Ministry of Education as a full-time regular undergraduate university in 2002.
The campus covers an area of approximately 2000 acres, with a building area of 767200 square meters. The discipline categories are relatively complete, covering eight major disciplines including science, engineering, agriculture, literature, economics, management, education, and art. There are 20 teaching units with 23000 students enrolled. In 2024, it will be added as a master's degree granting unit and approved for three master's degree granting points: mechanical engineering, civil engineering and water conservancy, and biology and medicine. It is a university implementing the national "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan", a university constructing the national "13th Five Year Plan" applied undergraduate industry education integration development project, the chairman unit of the China Photovoltaic Engineering Industry Education Integration Collaborative Innovation Platform, and the executive vice chairman unit of the National New Undergraduate College Alliance.
The school currently enrolls 64 majors, including 15 national first-class major construction points, 2 national characteristic majors, 3 pilot majors of the Ministry of Education's "Excellence Plan", 1 pilot project of the Ministry of Education's comprehensive professional reform, 4 Chinese engineering education certification majors, 1 Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development certification major, and 1 second level certification major for teacher training majors; 8 national first-class undergraduate courses; There are three national engineering practice education centers and one national off campus practice education base for college students. We have led the establishment of the China Photovoltaic Engineering Industry Education Integration Collaborative Innovation Platform, which was selected as one of the first batch of Jiangsu Province College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Education Centers and approved as a provincial key industrial college construction site. For five consecutive years, the school has won the first prize for excellent graduation thesis in Jiangsu Province, as well as the special prize in the International Mathematical Modeling Competition, the silver prize in the ACM-ICPC Asia Regional Competition for International College Student Programming, the gold prize in the “Chuangqingchun” National College Student Entrepreneurship Competition, and the silver prize in the “Challenge Cup” China College Student Entrepreneurship Plan Competition. The University ranks 263rd on the 2019-2023 National College Student Competition List, 286th on the eighth round of the National College Student Competition List, and 28th on the National New Undergraduate College Student Competition List.
Since beginning to admit international students to China, the international student education program at XUT has developed over more than ten years. Currently, the majority of our international students are enrolled in undergraduate degree programs, while we continue to expand the scale of inter-university exchanges, Chinese language studies, and short-term study tours. Every year, students from Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and other regions and countries come to study at our institution.
Ⅱ. About School of International Education
School of International Education (SIE) has a total of 12 faculty and staff members, including 7 full-time teachers. All the teachers hold at least a master's degree, and 83% of teachers have overseas training and visiting experience.
As a member of the “Study in Jiangsu” initiative, XUT has more than 60 majors within 21 colleges available for international students to pursue their studies in China, with International Economics and Trade, Computer Science and Technology, and Mechanical and Electronic Engineering being taught entirely in English. Outstanding students may be eligible for scholarships offered by the university.
SIE places great emphasis on enhancing the literacy of international students and the inheritance of Chinese culture. It actively organizes international students to participate in academic competitions and a variety of activities both on and off campus, helping them experience Chinese culture and nurturing them to become knowledgeable, friendly, and loving ambassadors of Chinese culture. The international student dragon dance team has been invited to perform on CCTV four times and has participated in numerous competitions at both provincial and national levels, gaining widespread influence. Since 2016, international students of SIE have won several first prizes and second prizes in national and provincial competitions.
The college will continue to improve the educational level for international students coming to China, optimize the structure of its international student body, enhance the quality of education for these students, build a brand for studying in China, tell China's stories effectively, and spread China's voice positively. This effort is part of the larger goal to write a new chapter in the education of international students in China as the school strives to establish itself as a top-tier application-oriented undergraduate institution in Xuzhou and Jiangsu Province.
III. About Study Abroad Programs in China
A. Undergraduate Education (Taught in English)
1. Civil Engineering
(i) Educational Objectives
This major cultivates high-quality applied international talents who can adapt to the informationization transformation and upgrading of the civil engineering industry, meet the needs of social and economic development, have comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, possess good humanistic qualities, professional ethics, sense of responsibility, engineering patriotism, and international vision, have solid theoretical foundations, broad professional knowledge, good practical application abilities, possess the basic qualities and innovative abilities of practicing engineers, and can independently undertake engineering technology or management work in civil engineering and related fields.
(ii) Core Curriculum
Civil engineering materials, intelligent surveying and mapping, structural mechanics, principles of concrete structure design, steel structures, foundation engineering, and civil engineering construction, etc.
(iii) Academic System and Graduation Requirements
The standard duration is 4 years, with a maximum limit of 6 years. Students who complete the required period with satisfactory grades in all subjects and fulfill the credit requirements of their major will be eligible for an undergraduate diploma. Those who pass HSK Level 4 and meet the university's degree awarding criteria will receive a bachelor's degree certificate.
2. Economics and Finance
(i) Educational Objectives
This major cultivates application-oriented new quality economic and financial international talents who can adapt to the needs of economic development, have comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, possess good moral cultivation and comprehensive qualities, master theoretical knowledge of economics and finance, and digital technology skills, and comprehensively apply theoretical knowledge of economics, finance, data science, etc. to solve practical problems in fields such as "digital economy", "technology finance", "digital finance", etc. They understand theory, are proficient in technology, proficient in business, sensitive to data, and good at operation.
(ii) Core Curriculum
Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Finance, Securities Investment, Industrial Economics, Econometrics, Regional Economics, International Finance, etc.

IV. Application Requirements
（1）Non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passport (applicants for undergraduate degrees are advised to have the passports with at least 4-year validity), and a no criminal record;
（2）Good health condition and virtuous morality. Comply with Chinese Laws, regulations and rules of XUT;
（3）Excellent senior middle school graduates or those with equivalent degrees;
（4）Applicants for bachelor degrees should not exceed the age of 25.
Ⅴ.Application and Admission process
(I) Applicants must submit the following application materials online to the School of International Education of Xuzhou University of Technology before June 15, 2025 (URL: http://sie.chiwest.cn):

2. Copy of passport (pages with personal information. For those who have study experience in China, the study visa information page in China and residence permit information page)
3. Certificate of highest diploma and transcript (submit translated versions in Chinese or English and get them notarized if the diploma and transcript are written in other languages)

(II) The School of International Education is responsible for reviewing the applicants' materials, organizing Chinese or English proficiency tests, and determining the preliminary list of admitted students.
(III) Successful applicants should remit 3800 RMB (including a non-refundable registration fee of 300 RMB and 3500 RMB deposit which non-refundable after registration and deducted from the first year's accommodation fee) to XUT’s bank account within 10 days after receiving the preliminary admission notice and with the names and passport numbers of the applicants being enclosed. Successful applicants scan the remittance receipt and email it to sie@xzit.edu.cn.
XUT will mail the original letter of admission, visa application form（JW202）and registration notice etc. to the addresses provided by applicants.
(IV) Successful applicants shall go through the official register procedures within the date specified in the admission notice.
Ⅵ.Remarks of the fees:
1. Application fee: 300 yuan (non-refundable)
2. Tuition Fee: 12,000 RMB per person per year for Bachelor degree (eligible for internal scholarships according to scholarship policies).
3. Accommodation Fee: 3,500 RMB per academic year for a two-sharing room, 4,500 RMB per academic year for a single room.
