入境签证
来华留学生需凭学校出具的录取通知书、JW201/JW202表及其他相关材料到中华人民共和国驻外使领馆申请X1（长期生）或X2（短期生）签证入境，不可免签入境。
*请务必保存好录取通知书和JW201/JW202表原件，以便入境后办理居留许可。
1. Entry visa
International students in China must apply for X1 (long-term students) or X2 (short-term students) visa at embassies and consulates of the People's Republic of China with the admission notice issued by the school, JW201/JW202 form and other relevant materials, and cannot enter the country without visa.
* Please keep the original admission notice and JW201/JW202 form so that you can apply for residence permit after entering the country.
居留许可
持X1签证入境的留学生须来华后30天内将X签证转为居留许可。一般情况下，居留许可需要每年延期一次，留学生需要至少在到期日期2周前到国际教育学院办理延期手续。

2. Residence permit
(1) International students entering China with X1 visa must change X visa into residence permit within 30 days after coming to China. Under normal circumstances, the residence permit needs to be extended once a year, and international students need to go through the extension formalities at the Institute of International Education at least 2 weeks before the expiration date.
(2) The department that accepts the application for residence permit and visa: Xuzhou Municipal Affairs Service Center

住宿登记
国际学生必须在入境后24小时内办理住宿登记手续。
（1）在酒店住宿的，住宿登记由酒店按照旅馆业治安管理的有关规定为其办理住宿登记，并向所在地公安机关报送外国人住宿登记信息。
（2）入境后在学校宿舍住宿的，请用微信扫描下方二维码，注册个人信息，并按照有关提示上报个人住宿信息。
Accommodation registration
International students must check in within 24 hours after entry.
(1) For those who stay in hotels, the hotel shall handle the accommodation registration for them in accordance with the relevant provisions on the public security administration of the hotel industry, and submit the accommodation registration information of foreigners to the local public security organ.
(2) If you stay in the school dormitory after entering the country, please scan the QR code below with WeChat, register your personal information, and report your personal accommodation information according to relevant prompts.
（3）在酒店以外的其他住所居住或者住宿的，应当在入住后二十四小时内由本人或者留宿人，向居住地的辖区派出所关办理住宿登记。
(3) If you live or stay in a residence other than the hotel, you should register for accommodation at the police station in the jurisdiction where you live within 24 hours after staying.
体检须知
在我校学习的留学生新生需要做体格检查。留学生体检须空腹，须携带本人护照，二寸照片3张。体检费用为326元/人/次。

Instructions for physical examination
Freshmen studying in our school need to have a physical examination. International students must have an empty stomach for physical examination, and must bring their passports and 3 2-inch photos. The cost of physical examination is 326 yuan/person/time.
