国际中文预科
一、培养目标
国际中文预科培养了解中国国情，熟悉中文和中国文化，具备一定的中华文化素养，掌握基本的汉语听、说、读、写和交际能力，达到进入中文授课专业学习的语言水平，具备使用中文从事本专业相关工作的能力及跨文化交际能力；预科结业时中文能力应当达到HSK4级水平。
二、核心课程
基础汉语综合、基础汉语读写、初级汉语综合、初级汉语读写、中级汉语综合、中级汉语阅读等。
三、学制与结业条件
学制：标准学制1年，最长学习年限2年。
结业条件：修完国际中文预科人才培养方案规定内容，成绩合格；通过HSK4考试，且符合学校规定的其他条件与要求，准予结业。
四、申请条件
1. 非中国籍公民，持有外国有效护照（本科学历生项目申请者建议护照有效期至少4年以上），无犯罪记录；
2. 身体健康，品行端正，愿意遵守中国法律、法规和学校的规章制度；
3. 国际中文预科申请者年龄不超过40岁。
五、申请流程和录取
（一）申请人于2024年7月31日前向徐州工程学院国际教育学院线上提交（网址为：http://sie.chiwest.cn）如下申请材料：
1.《徐州工程学院外国留学生入学申请表》
2.相关护照复印件（护照个人信息页；若有在华学习经历，需提供在华学习签证信息页及居留许可信息页）
3.最高学历证明及成绩单（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）
4.汉语水平证书或进修证明（如有）
5.无犯罪记录证明（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）
6.健康证明
7.银行存款证明（50,000元人民币）
（二）徐州工程学院国际教育学院负责审查学生的申请材料，组织汉语或英语水平测试，确定预录取学生名单。
（三）被录取者在收到预录取通知后10日内向我校账户汇入人民币3500元保证金（报到后不退，并抵扣第一年住宿费），汇款附言请注明申请人姓名，并将汇款回执扫描件发送至sie@xzit.edu.cn；我校在确认收到入学保证金后，国际教育学院将录取材料（包括《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表））寄达被录取者。
（四）被录取者按照《录取通知书》中规定日期办理正式报到手续。
六、相关费用
1.学费：国际中文预科教育10000元/人/年；
2.住宿费：3500元/年（两人间）、4500元/年（单人间）
3.综合医疗保险：600元/人/年
4.居留许可证件：400元/人/年
5.体检费、宿舍押金等自理。
International Chinese Matriculation program
Ⅰ. Educational Objectives
International Chinese Matriculation program aims to cultivate students who understand the situation in China, are familiar with the Chinese language and culture, possess a certain level of Chinese cultural literacy, master basic Chinese listening, speaking, reading, writing, and communicative skills, achieve the language proficiency required for studying in Chinese-taught majors, and have the ability to work in their respective fields using Chinese and engage in intercultural communication. Upon completion of the preparatory course, students should reach HSK Level 4 proficiency.
Ⅱ. Core Curriculum
The core curriculum includes Basic Comprehensive Chinese, Basic Chinese Reading and Writing, Elementary Comprehensive Chinese, Elementary Chinese Reading and Writing, Intermediate Comprehensive Chinese, Intermediate Chinese Reading, etc.
III. Academic System and Graduation Requirements
Duration: The standard duration is 1 year, with a maximum study period of 2 years.
Graduation Requirements: Students must complete the content specified by the International Chinese Preparatory Course training program with satisfactory grades; pass the HSK Level 4 exam; and meet other conditions and requirements set by the school to be granted graduation.
IV. Application Requirements
1. Non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passport (applicants for undergraduate degrees are advised to have the passports with at least 4-year validity), and a no criminal record;
2. Good health condition and virtuous morality. Comply with Chinese Laws, regulations and rules of XUT;
3. Applicants for International Chinese Matriculation program should not exceed the age of 40.
Ⅴ.Application Process and Admission
1. Applicants must submit the following application materials online to the School of International Education of Xuzhou University of Technology before July 31, 2024 (URL: http://sie.chiwest.cn):
（1） Xuzhou University of Technology Application Form for Foreign Students
（2） Copy of passport (pages with personal information. For those who have study experience in China, the study visa information page in China and residence permit information page)
（3）Certificate of highest diploma and transcript (submit translated versions in Chinese or English and get them notarized if the diploma and transcript are written in other languages)
（4） Certificates of Chinese Language Level or Advanced Study (if any)
（5）Certificate of No Criminal Record (submit translated versions in Chinese or English and get them notarized if certificates are written in other languages)
（6）Health certificate
（7）Bank statement proving a deposit of 50,000 RMB
2. The School of International Education is responsible for reviewing the applicants' materials, organizing Chinese or English proficiency tests, and determining the preliminary list of admitted students.
3. Successful applicants remit 3500 RMB application fee to XUT’s bank account within within 10 days after receiving the preliminary admission notice (non-refundable and will be credited towards the first year's accommodation fee) and passport numbers of the applicants being enclosed. Successful applicants scan the remittance receipt and email it to sie@xzit.edu.cn.
XUT will mail the original letter of admission, visa application form（JW202）and registration notice etc. to the addresses provided by applicants.
4. Successful applicants shall go through the official register procedures within the date specified in the admission notice.
Ⅵ.Remarks of the fees:
1. Tuition：10，000RMB per academic year.
2. Accommodation fee: 2-sharing room 3500 RMB per academic year，single room 4500RMB per academic year,
3. Medical insurance: 600 RMB per academic year
4.Residence Permit: 400 RMB per person per year.
5. Expenses such as physical examination fees and dormitory deposit are to be covered by the student themselves.
