一、徐州工程学院简介
徐州工程学院坐落于国家“一带一路”重要节点城市、国家历史文化名城、淮海经济区中心城市——江苏徐州。学校办学肇始于1959年，2002年经教育部批准为全日制普通本科院校。
学校办学条件优良，校园占地面积约2000亩，校舍面积76.72万平方米。学科门类较为齐全，涵盖理、工、农、文、经、管、教育、艺术等八大学科门类。设有20个教学单位，在校生2.23万人。学校是国家“卓越工程师教育培养计划”实施高校、国家产教融合发展工程项目建设高校、中国光伏工程产教融合协同创新平台理事长单位、全国新建本科院校联盟常务副理事长单位。
学校现有本科专业71个，其中国家级一流专业建设点15个、国家级特色专业2个、教育部“卓越计划”试点专业3个、教育部专业综合改革试点项目1个、中国工程教育认证专业4个；国家一流本科课程8门；国家级工程实践教育中心3个、国家级大学生校外实践教育基地1个。工程学学科进入ESI全球前1%。拥有“十四五”江苏省重点学科4个、省重点建设实验室4个、省工程研究中心9个。
学校位列2018-2022年全国普通高校大学生竞赛榜单282位、全国普通高校大学生竞赛第七轮总榜单289位，双双进入本科高校300强。
自开始招收来华留学生以来，徐州工程学院国际学生教育事业已走过十余年，目前我院留学生以本科学历教育为主，同时不断扩大校际交换、汉语进修、短期游学规模。每年都有来自亚、非、欧、美等多个国家和地区留学生在校学习。
二、国际教育学院简介
学院共有教职工10人，其中管理人员4人，专任教师6人。教师全部具有硕士及其以上学位，绝大部分有海外留学经历。
学院为“留学江苏”成员单位。全校共有18个学院50余个专业可承担来华留学培养工作，其中国际经济与贸易、计算机科学与技术、机械电子工程三个专业采用全英文授课。优秀学生可以享受校内奖学金。
学院注重留学生素养提升和中华文化的传承，积极组织留学生参加学科竞赛和校内外丰富多彩的活动，帮助国际学生体验中华文化，培养知华、友华、爱华的中国文化传播者。留学生舞龙队3次受邀参加央视活动，多次参加省内外比赛，具有广泛的影响力。自2016年以来，学院留学生荣获国家级比赛一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、优秀奖各一项，江苏省级比赛特等奖一项、一等奖8项。

三、本科项目简介
本科学历教育（中文授课）
1.入学语言要求
学生进入专业学习的中文能力要求达到HSK4级及以上水平。
2.推荐专业
材料科学与工程、电子科学与技术、机器人工程、电气工程及其自动化、给排水科学与工程、机械电子工程、国际经济与贸易、计算机科学与技术、经济与金融、物流工程、财务管理、土木工程、食品科学与工程、人工智能、新能源科学与工程、视觉传达设计等50余个专业。
3. 学制与毕业要求
学制4年，最长期限6年；学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，修完专业规定学分，达到毕业要求，可获得本科毕业证书；汉语通过HSK5，符合学校学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。
III. About Study Abroad Programs in China
Undergraduate Education (Taught in Chinese)
1. Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission
Students must have a Chinese language proficiency of HSK Level 4 or above to enter into professional studies.
2. Recommended Majors
There are over 50 majors available, including Material Science and Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, International Economics and Trade, Computer Science and Technology, Economics and Finance, Logistics Engineering, Financial Management, Civil Engineering, Food Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, New Energy Science and Engineering, Visual Communication Design, etc.
3. Academic System and Degree Requirements
The academic system lasts for 4 years, with a maximum limit of 6 years. Upon completion of the required period, if students pass all courses and fulfill the credit requirements of the major, they can obtain an undergraduate diploma. Those who pass the HSK Level 5 exam and meet the university's degree awarding criteria will receive a bachelor's degree certificate.
（三）本科学历教育（英文授课）
1. 国际经济与贸易
（1）培养目标
国际经济与贸易专业为江苏省一流专业，本专业培养能够主动适应社会经济发展需要，熟练掌握经济学基本原理、国际贸易、国际商务基本理论和基本技能，熟悉现行的国际贸易规则和惯例以及对外贸易的政策法规，掌握国际贸易实务中需要缮制的各类单证，具有一定的外语水平、较强的人际沟通能力和实际操作能力，并具备良好的道德素质、科学文化素质和国际化视野，能在国家机关、国民经济综合部门、外贸企业、商业部门、合资企业、大型工商贸易公司等各类企事业单位从事对外贸易、国际市场营销、经营管理工作的国际人才。
（2）核心课程
微观经济学、宏观经济学、国际贸易理论、国际贸易实务、国际经济学、国际金融、外贸英语函电等。
（3）学制与毕业要求
学制4年，最长期限6年；学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，修完专业规定学分，达到毕业要求，可获得本科毕业证书；汉语通过HSK4，符合学校学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。
2. 计算机科学与技术
（1）培养目标
以立德树人为根本，培养德智体美劳全面发展，适应区域经济和数字社会发展需求，具有良好的人文素养和职业道德，具有设计和开发复杂计算机应用系统的工程实践能力，具有全球化视野和思维、终身学习和创新精神，具备团队合作和组织管理能力，能够在新一代信息技术产业从事计算机应用系统的设计、开发、工程实施与维护、项目管理等工作的应用型工程技术国际人才。
（2）核心课程
数据结构、操作系统、面向对象程序设计、数据库原理及应用、计算机组成原理、计算机网络原理、软件工程基础等。
（3）学制与毕业要求
学制4年，最长期限6年；学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，修完专业规定学分，达到毕业要求，可获得本科毕业证书；汉语通过HSK4，符合学校学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。

四、申请条件
1. 非中国籍公民，持有外国有效护照（本科学历生项目申请者建议护照有效期至少4年以上），无犯罪记录；
2. 身体健康，品行端正，愿意遵守中国法律、法规和学校的规章制度；
3. 高中毕业或具有同等学历，成绩良好；
4.本科学历生申请者不超过25岁。
五、申请流程和录取
（一）申请人于2024年7月31日前向徐州工程学院国际教育学院线上提交（网址为：http://sie.chiwest.cn）如下申请材料：
1.《徐州工程学院外国留学生入学申请表》
2.相关护照复印件（护照个人信息页；若有在华学习经历，需提供在华学习签证信息页及居留许可信息页）
3.最高学历证明及成绩单（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）
4.汉语水平证书或进修证明（如有）
5.无犯罪记录证明（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）
6.健康证明
7.银行存款证明（50,000元人民币）
（二）徐州工程学院国际教育学院负责审查学生的申请材料，组织汉语或英语水平测试，确定预录取学生名单。
（三）被录取者在收到预录取通知后10日内向我校账户汇入人民币3500元保证金（报到后不退，并抵扣第一年住宿费），汇款附言请注明申请人姓名，并将汇款回执扫描件发送至sie@xzit.edu.cn；我校在确认收到入学保证金后，国际教育学院将录取材料（包括《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表））寄达被录取者。
（四）被录取者按照《录取通知书》中规定日期办理正式报到手续。
六、相关费用
1.学费：国际中文预科教育10000元/人/年；
本科学历教育12000元/人/年（符合奖学金政策的，享受校内奖学金）

Ⅰ. About Xuzhou University of Technology
Xuzhou University of Technology (XUT) is located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, a key node city of the “Belt and Road” initiative, a national historical and cultural city, and the central city of the Huaihai Economic Zone. XUT was founded in 1959 and approved by the Ministry of Education as a full-time regular undergraduate university in 2002.
XUT boasts excellent educational facilities, covering an area of about 2000 acres with a building area of 767,200 square meters. It offers a comprehensive range of disciplines, including science, engineering, agriculture, arts, economics, management, education, and the arts, encompassing eight major categories. There are 20 academic units, with a student population of 22,300. The university is recognized for several prestigious programs, including the National “Excellent Engineer Education Training Program”, the National Industry-Education Integration Development Project, serving as the chairman unit of the China Photovoltaic Engineering Industry-Education Integration Collaborative Innovation Platform, and the standing deputy director unit of the National New Undergraduate Colleges Alliance.

Since beginning to admit international students to China, the international student education program at XUT has developed over more than ten years. Currently, the majority of our international students are enrolled in undergraduate degree programs, while we continue to expand the scale of inter-university exchanges, Chinese language studies, and short-term study tours. Every year, students from Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and other regions and countries come to study at our institution.
Ⅱ. About School of International Education
School of International Education (SIE ) has a total of 10 faculty and staff members, including 4 administrators and 6 full-time teachers. All the teachers hold at least a master's degree, and the vast majority have studied abroad.
As a member of the “Study in Jiangsu” initiative, XUT has more than 50 majors within 18 colleges available for international students to pursue their studies in China, with International Economics and Trade, Computer Science and Technology, and Mechanical and Electronic Engineering being taught entirely in English. Outstanding students may be eligible for scholarships offered by the university.
SIE places great emphasis on enhancing the literacy of international students and the inheritance of Chinese culture. It actively organizes international students to participate in academic competitions and a variety of activities both on and off campus, helping them experience Chinese culture and nurturing them to become knowledgeable, friendly, and loving ambassadors of Chinese culture. The international student dragon dance team has been invited to perform on CCTV three times and has participated in numerous competitions at both provincial and national levels, gaining widespread influence. Since 2016, the college's international students have won one first prize, one second prize, one third prize, and one excellence award in national competitions, as well as one grand prize and eight first prizes in Jiangsu provincial competitions.
The college will continue to improve the educational level for international students coming to China, optimize the structure of its international student body, enhance the quality of education for these students, build a brand for studying in China, tell China's stories effectively, and spread China's voice positively. This effort is part of the larger goal to write a new chapter in the education of international students in China as the school strives to establish itself as a top-tier application-oriented undergraduate institution in Xuzhou and Jiangsu Province.
Ⅲ. Undergraduate Education (Taught in English)
1. International Economics and Trade
(i) Educational Objectives
The International Economics and Trade program is a top-tier discipline in Jiangsu Province. It aims to cultivate talents who can proactively adapt to the needs of socio-economic development, master the basic principles of economics, international trade, and international business theories and skills, familiarize themselves with current international trade rules and conventions as well as foreign trade policies and regulations, handle various documents required in international trade practice, possess a certain level of foreign language proficiency, strong interpersonal communication skills, practical operational capabilities, and demonstrate good moral character, scientific and cultural literacy, and an international perspective. Graduates are expected to engage in foreign trade, international marketing, and management roles within government agencies, national economic departments, foreign trade enterprises, commercial sectors, joint ventures, and large industrial and commercial trading companies.
(ii) Core Curriculum
Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Theories of International Trade, Practice of International Trade, International Economics, International Finance, Business English Correspondence for Foreign Trade, etc.
(iii) Academic System and Graduation Requirements
The standard duration is 4 years, with a maximum limit of 6 years. Students who complete the required period with satisfactory grades in all subjects and fulfill the credit requirements of their major will be eligible for an undergraduate diploma. Those who pass HSK Level 4 and meet the university's degree awarding criteria will receive a bachelor's degree certificate.
2. Computer Science and Technology
(i) Educational Objectives
With a foundation of moral education, the program aims to develop well-rounded individuals with comprehensive moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education. Graduates should be capable of meeting the demands of regional economy and digital society development, possess good humanistic qualities and professional ethics, have the engineering practice ability to design and develop complex computer application systems, exhibit a global vision and mindset, lifelong learning and innovative spirit, teamwork and organizational management skills. They are expected to work in the new generation of information technology industries, engaging in the design, development, engineering implementation, maintenance, and project management of computer application systems as applied engineering and technical international talents.
(ii) Core Curriculum
Data Structures, Operating Systems, Object-Oriented Programming, Principles and Applications of Databases, Fundamentals of Computer Composition, Principles of Computer Networks, Fundamentals of Software Engineering, etc.

IV. Application Requirements
（1）Non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passport (applicants for undergraduate degrees are advised to have the passports with at least 4-year validity), and a no criminal record;
（2）Good health condition and virtuous morality. Comply with Chinese Laws, regulations and rules of XUT;
（3）Excellent senior middle school graduates or those with equivalent degrees;
（4）Applicants for bachelor degrees should not exceed the age of 25.
Ⅴ.Application and Admission process
(I) Applicants must submit the following application materials online to the School of International Education of Xuzhou University of Technology before July 31, 2024 (URL: http://sie.chiwest.cn):

(II) The School of International Education is responsible for reviewing the applicants' materials, organizing Chinese or English proficiency tests, and determining the preliminary list of admitted students.
(III) Successful applicants remit 3500 RMB application fee to XUT’s bank account within within 10 days after receiving the preliminary admission notice (non-refundable and will be credited towards the first year's accommodation fee) and passport numbers of the applicants being enclosed. Successful applicants scan the remittance receipt and email it to sie@xzit.edu.cn.
XUT will mail the original letter of admission, visa application form（JW202）and registration notice etc. to the addresses provided by applicants.
(IV) Successful applicants shall go through the official register procedures within the date specified in the admission notice.
Ⅵ.Remarks of the fees:
1. Tuition Fee: 10,000 RMB per person per year for the International Chinese Matriculation Program; 12,000 RMB per person per year for Bachelor degree (eligible for internal scholarships according to scholarship policies).
2. Accommodation Fee: 3,500 RMB per year for a double room, 4,500 RMB per year for a single room.
3. Medical Insurance: 600 RMB per person per year.
4. Residence Permit: 400 RMB per person per year.
