Application Instruction
1.申请条件Application Requirements
（1）非中国籍公民，持有外国有效护照（本科学历生项目申请者建议护照有效期至少4年以上），无犯罪记录；
Non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passport (applicants for undergraduate degrees are advised to have the passports with at least 4-year validity), and a no criminal record;
（2）身体健康，品行端正，遵守中国法律、法规和学校的规章制度；
Good health condition and virtuous morality. Comply with Chinese Laws, regulations and rules of XUT;
（3）高中毕业或具有同等学历，成绩良好（本科学历生项目申请者）；
Excellent senior middle school graduates or those with equivalent degrees (applicants for undergraduate degrees);
（4）本科学历生项目申请者年龄一般在25周岁以下；
Applicants for undergraduate degree program normally should be under 25 years old.
（5）选择经管类及理工类专业学生须有一定的数学基础。
Applicants for majors in economics or sciences should have certain mathematical basis.

3.申请方式及时间Application method and time
申请者可于2020年8月30日前，选择以下两种方式之一进行申请。
Applicants have the following two choices to apply before June 30th, 2019.
Email the scanned copies of application materials to wsb@xzit.edu.cn
（2）将申请材料邮寄到：中国江苏省徐州市云龙区丽水路2号徐州工程学院国际交流学院，邮编：221018
Mail application materials to the address: No.2, Lishui Road, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, PRC. Post code: 221018
4.所需申请材料 Application materials required
（1）用中文或英文按要求填写《徐州工程学院外国留学生入学申请表》
Fill in “Admission Application Form for Foreign Students, Xuzhou University of Technology” in Chinese or English according to the requirements.
（2）白底近期免冠证件照
Recently taken bareheaded photo with white background
（3）相关护照复印件（护照个人信息页；若有在华学习经历，需提供在华学习签证信息页及居留许可信息页）
Copy of passport (pages with personal information. For those who have study experience in China, the study visa information page in China and residence permit information page)
（4）最高学历证明及成绩单（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）
Certificate of highest diploma and transcript (submit translated versions in Chinese or English and get them notarized if the diploma and transcript are written in other languages)
（5）申请人如果是在校学生，需提交本人就读学校出具的在读证明（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）
If applicants are students, they should submit certificates provided by their school (submit translated versions in Chinese or English and get them notarized if certificates are written in other languages)
（6）汉语水平证书或进修证明（如有）
Certificates of Chinese Language Level or Advanced Study (if any)
（7）无犯罪记录证明（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）
Certificate of No Criminal Record (submit translated versions in Chinese or English and get them notarized if certificates are written in other languages)
（8）未满18周岁未成年申请人，需填写《未满18周岁来华留学生学习担保函》（http://sie.xzit.edu.cn/31/95/c3823a143765/page.htm），提供在华学习期间担保人相关信息。
Applicants under the age of 18 should fill in “Letter of Guarantee for Students under 18 to Study in China” (http://sie.xzit.edu.cn/31/95/c3823a143765/page.htm) and provide guarantor’s personal information.
5.在线申请流程 Online Application Process
第一步：登录学校网站下载《徐州工程学院外国留学生入学申请表》（http://sie.xzit.edu.cn/31/94/c3823a143764/page.htm），用中文或英文按要求填写；
Step 1: Fill in and submit application forms online; or visit XUT’s website to download “Application Form for International Students to study at Xuzhou University of Technology” （download from http://sie.xzit.edu.cn/31/94/c3823a143764/page.htm）and fill in the form in Chinese or English according to the requirements.
第二步：提交上述所有申请材料，将申请材料发送到wsb@xzit.edu.cn；
Step 2: Submit all required application materials mentioned above. Email the application materials to wsb@xzit.edu.cn.
第三步：国际交流学院审核申请材料，在3-5个工作日内通过邮件向符合条件的申请者发送电子版录取通知书；
Step 3: School of International Cooperation will review the application materials and email the letter of admission to qualified applicants within three to five working days.
6.留学费用Study Expenses
学费：12,000元/学年
Tuition Fee: 12,000 YUAN/per academic year
（2）住宿费：3,500元/人/学年
Accommodation Fee: 3,500 YUAN/ per student/ academic year
（3）其他费用（单位：人民币） Other fees (Currency: RMB)
医疗保险费：600元/年
Medical insurance: 600 YUAN/year
宿舍押金：500元（离校时退还）
Dormitory deposit: 500 YUAN (be refunded upon leaving XUT)
生活用品：约500元（可选，含枕头、枕套、床单、被子、被套、床垫等）
Daily living stuff: 400 YUAN (optional, include pillows, pillowslip, bed-sheet, quilt, quilt-cover, mattress etc.)
7.奖学金Scholarship
我校设有“徐州工程学院留学生校长奖学金”，奖励对象为申请到我校就读本科专业的优秀留学生。
XUT has set up President Scholarship for Foreign Students to award excellent students who apply for bachelor’s degree programs in XUT.

奖学金种类：部分奖学金（部分学费减免）
Scholarship Types: Partial Scholarship (partial tuition fee exemption)
申请时间：入学申请时同步进行
