一、徐州工程学院简介

徐州工程学院坐落于国家“一带一路”重要节点城市、国家历史文化名城、淮海经济区中心城市——江苏徐州。2002年经教育部批准为全日制普通本科院校。校园占地面积约2000亩，校舍面积76.72万平方米。学科门类较为齐全，涵盖理、工、农、文、经、管、教育、艺术等多学科门类。设有20个教学单位，全日制在校生2.4万人，其中留学生250人。硕士学位授予单位，拥有机械、土木水利、生物与医药三个硕士学位授权点，是国家“卓越工程师教育培养计划”实施高校、国家“十三五”应用型本科产教融合发展工程项目建设高校、中国光伏工程产教融合协同创新平台理事长单位、全国新建本科院校联盟常务副理事长单位、中国大学生体育协会桥牌分会副主席单位、舞龙舞狮分会副主席单位。

二、国际教育学院简介

徐州工程学院来华留学教育始于2003年，累计培养来自亚、非、欧、美等40多个国家近1000名来华国际学生，学校是“留学江苏政府奖学金”招生单位、中国高等教育学会外国留学生教育管理分会理事单位、“留学江苏”成员单位。

国际教育学院成立于2019年，负责国际学生的招生录取、教育教学、日常管理和服务保障等工作。学院现有教职工11人，全员均具有硕博士学位；专任教师7人均具备双师资质，其中6人有海外留学经历。教职工20余人次在省高校微课教学比赛、江苏高校外国留学生教学观摩比赛、“领航杯”江苏省教师信息素养提升实践活动等比赛中获奖，学院还多次指导学生参加各级各类学科竞赛，斩获省级奖项40余项、国家级奖项10余项。

依托学校学科优势，全校开设国际经济与贸易、电子商务、计算机科学与技术、机械电子工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、生物工程、土木工程、经济与金融等8个全英文授课专业，另有50余个专业可承接来华留学生培养工作。

学院坚持“文化育人”核心理念，构建以“三亲”促“三知、三懂、三爱”为核心的文化育人体系，培养学生成为中国文化的民间传播使者。学院先后组建了非洲留学生舞龙队、“一带一路”留学生舞龙队和留学生鼓舞队，其中留学生舞龙队4次受邀登上央视《乐活中国》《越战越勇》《曲艺春晚》等节目展演。

学校设有《徐州工程学院来华留学生校长奖学金》和《徐州工程学院来华留学生单项奖学金》，优秀学生还可以获得“留学江苏”政府奖学金。

三、本科学历教育（英文授课）项目简介

1.国际经济与贸易

（1）培养目标

国际经济与贸易专业为江苏省一流专业，本专业培养能够主动适应社会经济发展需要，熟练掌握经济学基本原理、国际贸易、国际商务基本理论和基本技能，熟悉现行的国际贸易规则和惯例以及对外贸易的政策法规，掌握国际贸易实务中需要缮制的各类单证，具有一定的外语水平、较强的人际沟通能力和实际操作能力，并具备良好的道德素质、科学文化素质和国际化视野，能在国家机关、国民经济综合部门、外贸企业、商业部门、合资企业、大型工商贸易公司等各类企事业单位从事对外贸易、国际市场营销、经营管理工作的国际人才。

（2）核心课程

微观经济学、宏观经济学、国际贸易理论、国际贸易实务、国际经济学、国际金融、外贸英语函电等。

（3）学制与毕业要求

学制4年，最长期限6年；学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，修完专业规定学分，达到毕业要求，可获得本科毕业证书；汉语通过HSK4，符合学校学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。

2.生物工程

（1）培养目标

培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，系统掌握生物工程基础理论、相关技术以及生物工程产品的设计方法，具备科学、工程与设计思维、创新意识、独立工作以及团队合作能力，具有在生物行业及相关领域从事生产、管理、工程设计和新技术研究、新产品开发的能力，具备良好实践能力，能解决复杂工程问题的高素质应用型工程技术人才。

（2）核心课程

生物化学、微生物学、分子与基因工程、化工原理、生物工程设备与设计、发酵工程、生物分离工程等。

（3）学制与毕业要求

学制4年，最长期限6年；学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，修完专业规定学分，达到毕业要求，可获得本科毕业证书；汉语通过HSK4，符合学校学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。

3.机械设计制造及其自动化

（1）培养目标

培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，具有较强社会责任感，掌握数学、自然科学以及机械设计制造及其自动化的基础知识 和专业知识，具有较强的创新意识、工程实践能力和较高的人文、职业素养，面向装备制造业、服务生产一线，创新意识与工程实践能力强、能够在机械工程领域 从事机械设计制造、检测控制和运营管理等方面工作的应用型工程技术人才。

（2）核心课程

工程制图、机械原理、机械设计、控制工程基础、液压与气压传动、机械制造工程学、电气控制及PLC等。

（3）学制与毕业要求

学制4年，最长期限6年；学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，修完专业规定学分，达到毕业要求，可获得本科毕业证书；汉语通过HSK4，符合学校学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。

4.电子商务

（1）培养目标

培养适应地方经济发展需要的，德智体美劳全面发展，具备扎实的电子信息技术、现代经济与商务管理等知识基础、较高的人文科学素养与综合素质，具有信息技术与商务运营相结合的创新、创业能力和电子商务技术开发与系统运营与管理能力，能在相关部门及企事业单位较好利用电子信息技术，从事商业、贸易、营销管理、电子商务研究及教学等工作的电子商务应用型人才。

（2）核心课程

管理学、经济学、电子商务概论、市场营销、电子商务物流管理、网络营销、电子商务安全与支付、电子商务网站建设等。

（3）学制与毕业要求

学制4年，最长期限6年；学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，修完专业规定学分，达到毕业要求，可获得本科毕业证书；汉语通过HSK4，符合学校学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。

五、申请条件

1. 持有外国有效护照的非中国籍公民（学历生项目申请者建议护照有效期至少4年以上），无犯罪记录；

2. 身体健康，品行端正，愿意遵守中国法律法规和学校的规章制度；

3. 高中毕业或具有同等及以上学历，成绩良好；

4. 本科学历生申请者年龄不超过25岁。

5. 申请人须提供有效期内通用的英语水平证明，原则上申请人至少达到雅思6.0分或托福85分或多邻国英文测试110分水平。

六、申请流程和录取

（一）申请人于2026年6月30日前向徐州工程学院国际教育学院线上提交（网址为：https://xzit.cucas.cn/）如下申请材料：

（二）徐州工程学院国际教育学院负责审查学生的申请材料，组织汉语或英语水平测试，确定预录取学生名单。

（三）被录取者在收到预录取通知后10日内向我校账户汇入人民币4400元入学保证金：含400元报名费（不退）和4000元保证金（报到后抵扣第一年住宿费）；汇款附言务必注明申请人护照号及申请专业， 并将汇款回执扫描件上传至https://xzit.cucas.cn/；我校在确认收到入学保证金后，国际教育学院将录取材料（包括《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表））寄达被录取者。

I. Introduction to Xuzhou University of Technology (XUT)

XUT is located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province—a key node city of the national Belt and Road Initiative, a national historical and cultural city, and the central city of the Huaihai Economic Zone. It was approved as a full-time general undergraduate university by the Ministry of Education in 2002. The campus covers about 2,000 mu, with a building area of 767,200 square meters.

XUT provides a comprehensive range of disciplines including science, engineering, agriculture, liberal arts, economics, management, education and art. It has 20 teaching units, 24,000 full-time students, including 250 international students. As a master’s degree-awarding institution, XUT offers three master’s programs: Mechanical Engineering, Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, and Biological and Pharmaceutical Engineering.

II. Introduction to the School of International Education (SIE)

XUT began international student education in 2003 and has trained nearly 1,000 international students from more than 40 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and America. XUT is a recruiting university for “Jiangsu Government Scholarship for International Students”, a council member of Chinese Society of International Student Education, and a member of “Study in Jiangsu”.

Founded in 2019, the School of International Education is responsible for international student recruitment, admission, teaching, daily management and support services. The school has 11 faculty members, all holding master’s or doctoral degrees; 7 full-time teachers are dual-qualified, and 6 have overseas study experience. More than 20 faculty members have won awards in various teaching competitions. The school has guided students to win more than 40 provincial awards and over 10 national awards in discipline competitions.

Relying on the university’s disciplinary advantages, XUT offers 8 English-taught undergraduate majors and more than 50 Chinese-taught majors for international students.

The school adheres to the core concept of “Cultural Education” and has formed international student dragon dance teams and drum teams, which have been invited to perform on CCTV for four times.

III. English-Taught Undergraduate Programs

1. International Economics and Trade

(1) Training Objectives：To cultivate international talents who master international trade theories and practices, are familiar with trade rules and laws, and can engage in foreign trade, international marketing and management in various enterprises and institutions.

(2) Core Courses：Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, International Trade Theory, International Trade Practice, International Economics, International Finance, English Correspondence for Foreign Trade.

(3) Duration and Graduation

Duration: 4 years (maximum 6 years). Students who complete required credits and pass all courses will get a graduation certificate.

Students who pass HSK 4 and meet degree requirements will be awarded a bachelor’s degree.

2. Bioengineering

(1) Training Objectives：To cultivate high-quality applied engineering talents who master bioengineering theories and technologies, and can engage in production, management, engineering design, technology research and product development in biological industries.

(2) Core Courses：Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular and Genetic Engineering, Principles of Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering Equipment and Design, Fermentation Engineering, Bioseparation Engineering.

(3) Duration and Graduation：Same as above.

3. Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation

(1) Training Objectives：To cultivate applied engineering talents who master mechanical engineering knowledge, and can engage in mechanical design, manufacturing, testing, control and management in equipment manufacturing industry.

(2) Core Courses：Engineering Drawing, Theory of Machines and Mechanisms, Machine Design, Fundamentals of Control Engineering, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission, Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Control and PLC.

(3) Duration and Graduation：Same as above.

4. E-Commerce

(1) Training Objectives：To cultivate applied e-commerce talents who master information technology and business management, and can engage in e-commerce operation, management, research and teaching.
