I. Application time
Spring enrollment (March of that year): November 15th of this year-January 15th of the following year
Admission in autumn (September of that year): January 5 of this year-July 5 of that year
II. The application process
1 Apply Online
Applicants log in to the online registration system for foreign students in Xuzhou Institute of Technology (http://apply.xzit.edu.cn/other/login), register their accounts, fill in online and submit application materials. Fill in relevant information truthfully and completely as required, and upload relevant certification attachments.
2. Payment of registration fee
Applicants who pass the examination will receive the registration fee payment notice sent by the school. Applicants will pay the registration fee according to the charging standard of the current year. Failure to pay the registration fee on time will be deemed as automatic waiver of admission qualification.
3. Admission information is issued
The school will send the Admission Notice, Application Form for Visa to China for Foreign Students (JW201/JW202) and other supporting materials to the applicants by mail.
4. Visa application and school registration
Please go to the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) to apply for a visa to study in China (X1) or (X2) with the Admission Notice, Application Form for Visa for Foreign Students Studying in China (JW201/JW202), Physical Examination Record of Foreigners and Blood Test Report (all of which must be original), and report to Xuzhou Institute of Technology within the registration period specified in the Admission Notice. If you can't report on time for some reason, you must obtain the consent of our school in advance. Otherwise, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of admission qualifications.
